Matt Chivers is a Director in Oracle Corporation’s Worldwide Alliances & Channels organization. He is responsible for ongoing development and execution of Oracle's SaaS partnering strategy. In this role, Mr. Chivers works closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) building and deploying SaaS applications, as well as hosting service providers. Prior to his software career, Mr. Chivers was an analyst with Gartner.

Merrill R. (Rick) Chapman
