Eileen Boerger

Eileen Boerger is President of Agilis Solutions (www.agilissolutions.com) and its parent company, CorSource Technology Group. Most recently, Eileen was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Agilis Solutions and has been responsible for the delivery of our outsourced software development services and technical staffing services.  Eileen has extensive experience in the development and maintenance of software products, including both on-premise and on-demand product development. She also has managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance projects to several countries, including Vietnam, India and New Zealand.
Prior to joining the company, Eileen was Vice President of Operations at QualityLogic, where she was responsible for delivering Quality Assurance services. She has also held a variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation and Unisys Corporation.  Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector - private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and excellence of Oregon's engineering and technology programs. Rob Brown

Ward Carter is  the Chairman  and past President of the Corum Group, a  leading M&A firm representing sellers of software and related technology companies worldwide.  Corum has done landmark transactions with many of the leaders in the Software, IT and SaaS field including Microsoft, Salesforce.com and Google.  Ward has personally been at the vanguard of the SaaS revolution, leading significant transactions and running many of the leading valuation and negotiation forums.   His technology background includes a variety of field and management positions with the Burroughs Corporation (later Unisys) over eight years. Later, as vice president of a Wall Street investment firm and as principal in a regional private equity firm, Mr. Carter funded ventures in computer hardware, software, and biotechnology. As an executive for a Seattle-based document management company he attracted venture capital and assisted with the eventual sale of the company to a competitor. As president of InfoMatrix, and later Discovery Sales + Marketing, Mr. Carter provided strategic consulting support to emerging software companies prior to joining the Corum Group in 1997.  He graduated with Honors from Seattle University with a BA in Business. With approximately 25 years of experience, Jay is a national technical partner for auditing, accounting and SEC reporting matters located in the San Francisco Bay Area. As Chief Marketing Officer and founder of The Market Creation Group, Brett has helped over 50 companies with guiding their way with outflanking competitors, creating new products and markets as well as showing that marketing, when done right, drives sales, not just leads.  Leveraging marketing strategy as a guidepost to drive all tactics, Brett uses his knack for marketing and an unparalleled passion for technology, Brett launched MCG in 2006 to create a business-to-business (B2B) marketing agency that has been celebrated for its continual innovation in providing in-depth marketing strategy, marketing automation, sales tactics, project management and demand generation in the B2B technology realm.

As a small business owner and entrepreneur at heart, Brett has grown MCG without emulating traditional methods of business management, but instead cultivating an office environment that promotes a healthy work and life balance. His leadership achievements at MCG have been recognized by recent awards including a two-time winning position in The Fastest Growing Private Company 2009 & 2010, recipient of the Denver Business Journal’s Forty under 40 in 2010 (nominated in 2009 & 2008), a feature on him in Entrepreneur Magazine in December of 2009 (Work Less, It’s Good For Business) and through various profile pieces written about him in other national and local publications.

Prior to his life of committal commitment to MCG, Brett was the vice president of Product and Marketing for Vericept Corporation (now Trustwave), a data loss prevention technology company.  At Vericept, Brett developed a top-tier demand generation program and marketing machine that was profiled in Marketing Sherpa.  Brett has served as a speaker at over 100 industry and marketing events across the nation, speaking on various topics such as Entrepreneurship, B2B marketing innovation (particularly in most recent events, centering around how to develop Personas & Use Cases to ground your marketing program) as well as at many local and national charity events.

Michael is currently responsible for global business development for SafeNet's Software Rights Management division. In this role, he is responsible for forming and managing third party alliances and driving new strategic business initiatives. Most recently, Michael was responsible for the development and execution of the company's cloud services go-to-market strategy. Prior to his role in business development, Michael held various new business and account management positions within SafeNet.  Prior to his tenure at SafeNet, Michael served as the European Sales Manager for Macrovision's Content DRM business unit.   Mr. Welch holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Plymouth in the UK.  With over 15 years experience in IT security and content management, sales and business development, Michael has sold solutions to many of the world's largest software vendors, service providers, and content owners. Michael Whitener is a principal and co-founder of the law firm VistaLaw International LLC, with offices in Paris, London and Washington, D.C. Michael’s legal practice focuses on assisting software and other technology companies with licensing, distribution and intellectual property issues. He is the author of Creating Software Alliances (2007) and Corporate Governance for New Directors (2008).

Before co-founding VistaLaw, Michael was International Law Counsel at BearingPoint, a global management and technology consulting firm. He also served as trade adviser to the International Trade Administration. Michael was previously in private practice with the law firms of Sidley Austin and Hogan & Hartson.
