The Softletter Social Marketing Survey for Software Companies

Dear Colleague:

Take the Social Marketing Survey for Software Companies Today

Welcome to The 2010 Softletter and Position2 Social Marketing Survey for Software Companies. This survey is targeted at software firms who are using Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, either singly or in combination for brand building, lead generation, customer service, recruitment, and related activities. If don't use any of these services at your company, please don't take this survey.

(A quick operational note. If you want to "go back" several pages to a previous point in the survey, we suggest using your browser's drop down "Go back to a previous page" capability.)

This survey uses conditional processing so if you don't, for example, use Twitter at your company, simply answer "No" when the survey asks if you use it for business purposes and you'll be taken to the next section of the survey.

Before you begin the survey, please note that many questions require you to provide an answer in order to proceed through the survey; you will not be able to simply fill out a few questions at the beginning of the survey, then fill out the address information at the end to receive the results. You will need to finish the survey. (You can begin the survey, then for up to one month finish it later or revise your answers if you wish.)
