Dr. Eve Y. Zhou Dr. Zhouu is the founder and president of IP Partner LLC. She has helped many clients in patent search and patent landscape analysis for overseeing technological trends, assessing competitors’ capabilities, M&A due diligence, corporate R&D management, and intellectual asset strategy. Prior to founding IP Partner LLC, she worked in software, data storage, E-commerce and chemical industries in technology licensing, strategic planning, marketing, and R&D management. Her previous experience includes positions as Director of Strategic Development with Corporate Express’s e-business unit; Director of Business Development with software startup Systemsfusion; Solution Manager with StorageTek (now Sun Microsystems); and Product Manager with J&W Scientific (now Agilent).

Dr. Zhou is the instructor of “Managing and Profiting from Intellectual Assets,” a CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credit course approved by Colorado Bar Association. She is a member of Licensing Executive Society
(LES) and Patent Information User Group (PIUG). She holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from University of Missouri-Rolla and an MBA from University of Colorado-Boulder."
